Cost Benefit Analysis

This five (5) day course takes participants through an introduction to cost-benefit analysis (CBA) where you will be able to evaluate CBA's presented to you. The training is theory and applied practice of actual analysis, which allows the participants to evaluate and understand outcomes and conducting risk and decision analysis. Participants will be able to construct spreadsheets of costs and benefits over time, then put a value on intangible benefits and costs, as well as explain price inflation, discount rates and adjustments for distorted market prices.
