This three (3) day course is designed for Human Resources Advisors or managers and superiors who anticipate the need for structural reviews within their organization. This practical rather than a theoretical course will introduce the key issues and concepts in organization structure design, how to plan and manage the change process and how to implement and evaluate the new design.
