Managing Change 

3 days $750 per participant

This three (3) day course helps participants learn to manage change effectively. It deals with change on a practical level. Participants use real examples of change situations to work on throughout the course. The worksheets used can become jobs aids back at the office. Participants learn about working relationships with management teams and internal consultants, and how to identify the process of change, perform diagnostics, plan change, implement change and evaluate results.
