This two (2) day course is designed for project leaders and team members who work together in less traditional environment. It examines individual behaviors, interpersonal dynamics and the facilitator leadership style that are conducive to successful teamwork. It will provide participants with the understanding to best display the skills, knowledge, experience and commitment of people working together in teams.
