This three (3) day course is designed for all participants who wish to improve their problem solving / decision - making skills. In a multi-phase process, you will learn how to clearly state your problem, diagnose your problem, generate alternatives and select the solution that best meets your needs. You will also learn how to analyze and plan actions to deal with future effects.
