This 3 days course provides practical learning and applications of the planning and control phases of Project Management. Network planning techniques such as CPM and PERT will be the covered in depth and will be the subject of practical exercises, as well as variance analysis and resolution of problems. It will also include the analytical part of the variance and presentation of the analysis to senior management.
